Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: Where do you ship?
A: We ship within the U.S. and internationally.
Q: What about customs and import duties and taxes for international shipments?
A: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
Q: How do you ship?
A: We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL (depending on how quickly you want to receive the item and how much you want to pay). We may upgrade the shipping method at my discretion (at no additional cost to you).
Q: When will my order ship?
A: All orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: You can checkout through Paypal, or we also accept money orders, cashier's checks, and personal checks (takes 7 days to clear). If you would like to use Google Checkout, please email us at email@example.com.
Q: What is your returns policy?
A: We accept returns within 14 days if the product was not accurately described or is defective. We will accept returns on a case-by-case basis if the return is not due to our error. Please contact us with any return requests at firstname.lastname@example.org.
